I initially set up across the street from this construction site where there was this 3 story black wall to shoot people passing by. This intersection had heavy traffic and could never get a clean shot. The photos where people were present, they were blurry. - need to up that shutter speed! Yellow looks good on black.

Surely, I looked just as douchey as those paparazzi fools you see with multiple lens screaming “Naomi, look over here!” but I didn’t care. I followed these people for a few blocks and quickly realized that I needed to get to work - I packed up. Came up on this NYPD escort car and I stood in the middle of the road just waiting for them to yell some NYPD bullshit at me but they actually let me take photos - impressed.

I turned the corner, walked down the hill, and there again I found a boy pass by on some trek bike. Once in midtown there were bikes everywhere!  People were feeling it. I saw this kids coming up the block and knew I just had to snap a photo - there had a been a shift in the city. Day 82.

I left my apartment and was almost run over by a bicyclist in the Heights while walking on the sidewalk. I turned the corner, walked down the hill, and there again I found a boy pass by on some trek bike. Once in midtown there were bikes everywhere! 

People were feeling it.

I saw this kids coming up the block and knew I just had to snap a photo - there had a been a shift in the city. Day 82.
